Technology
From mechanical structures and vision recognition to intelligent sorting controls, we continuously improve stability, inspection accuracy and line efficiency.
3D Digitalization and Modular Design
KOFAN independently designs complete fruit and vegetable sorting equipment. Our products use 3D digital design, virtual simulation and modular structures to ensure sorting accuracy and operating reliability. Customers can combine grading, sugar content inspection and appearance defect recognition modules as needed, with room to expand to AI vision sorting as requirements evolve.
Intelligent Weight Sorting System
The weighing unit uses imported high-speed, high-accuracy sensors with stable operation and strong interference resistance. An industrial dynamic weighing controller uses digital filtering to suppress motor vibration, conveyor movement and fruit impact, enabling accurate real-time weighing at high speed. Dual Ethernet ports support daisy-chain expansion for multi-channel networks. The control system supports embedded industrial computers and touchscreens, with quick parameter setup, production statistics and report preview and printing.
Intelligent Appearance Inspection System
The appearance inspection system combines dual high-resolution industrial cameras, high-brightness lighting and 3D imaging. A full Ethernet architecture and industrial protocol provide low-latency communication. KOFAN-developed vision enclosures and optical lighting keep surface illumination uniform, improving image consistency and appearance grading accuracy.

Intelligent Internal Quality Inspection System
Internal quality inspection uses an imported high-resolution spectrometer from the Netherlands. Combined with a self-developed optical unit and Siemens PLC controls, it synchronizes optical paths and multi-sensor acquisition. Data and model parameters are fully traceable. The system performs non-destructive inspection of sugar content, acidity, maturity and internal defects in apples, peaches and citrus.
